Fadeya was founded in 2012 by two senior automation engineers, with the conviction that world-class industrial connectivity shouldn't be a luxury — it should be accessible to engineers everywhere.
Our founding team graduated from leading Chinese universities and spent over a decade in one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers. We built our craft inside production lines that ran 24/7, where downtime cost thousands per minute and every connector mattered.
From that environment, we learned what truly matters in industrial connectivity: reliability under stress, precision in design, and the kind of engineering rigor you can only earn by debugging robot cells at 2 AM.
