Robot Dresspack
A complete cable-management ecosystem for six-axis industrial and collaborative robots — corrugated hoses, mounting and rotating brackets, dresspack accessories, protective conduit and spring telescopic systems. Engineered to keep cables, air lines and media hoses organized and protected through the robot's full range of motion.
Sizes are designated by hose ID (e.g. 36 = Ø36 mm). Brackets, accessories and telescopic boxes are selected to match the chosen hose diameter. Working temperature -40 °C to +105 °C across the range.
Robot Hoses
Highly flexible corrugated robot hoses (PUR / modified PA12) that carry and protect cables, air and media lines along the robot arm.
Hose Brackets
Hose mounting and fixing brackets for industrial and collaborative robots — fixed, sliding, ball-jointed and rotating designs in modified nylon and 6061 aluminum.
Dresspack Accessories
Dresspack accessories — friction balls, positioning rings, sleeves, cable splitters, flange connectors, telescopic springs and hose ties.
Cable Protection
Cable protection — flame-retardant and dust-free wrapping conduit, zipper / self-locking sleeves and the universal 3D robot drag chain.
Telescopic Systems
Spring-loaded telescopic boxes that form a three-axis retraction system, taking up cable slack and preventing whip during motion.
